I purchased 2 small double beds with mattresses towards the end of October and the service was extremely good. I spoke to a member of the team who informed me that delivery of the beds would be separate to the mattresses but they would be delivered on the same day. I paid in full and was impressed with the service. I took delivery and we had the beds set up early November for my two girls aged 14.
Approx two weeks after I contacted beds on legs to say I was unhappy with one of the mattresses as it was dipping in the middle, I was asked to send pictures which I did immediately. I was then told they weren't good enough and asked to send more, which I did another two times. I took a video and emailed them but it was not received. I have asked that an inspection be carried out to view the mattress but was told that this is not possible.
I am really unimpressed with the after sales service and I will not use this company again - it seems once they have your money, they don't want to know of any problems.
Very disappointed.
