I bought a single divan base and paid for special delivery as i could only accept the bed on a friday. I tracked progress of bed and discovered the bed was not going to be delivered as promised. i contacted courier and they told me bed was not scheduled to be delivered till following monday. I tried to explain that i would not be available as i work away from home and had no one to take bed for me. I contacted bedroom world but i am still waiting for there reply. Courier company where more helpfull and they managed to deliver the bed on the sat afternoon. when i open bed it was of very poor quality and the two drawers had fallen apart. i have chosen to repair the bed myself rather than go threw the hassle of trying to return it.

Please Avoid this company like the plague.
