What a terrible company! A fake & a Sham!

I ordered the Sweet Dreams Kestrel Bed Frame last week on a next day delivery, It should have come on Friday, it did not come on time. I called to see where it was and the delivery day had been changed by the couriers without even telling us!

I called the customer service line and was kept on hold for over 25 minutes!!!

This was far too long! I was told it would come on the Monday again it did not arrive! Finally after the inconvenience of having to take days off work, lose money, and arrange for someone to be at my house the bed was finally delivered at 3pm yesterday. I am totally disappointed with the lack of customer service and was only given a nine pound postage refund after having to really push for it!

The website states that next day delivery is available and also delivery on a Saturday but this was not available to me. This is false advertising and needs to be rectified.

We put the bed up last night, and the drawers were missing! This bed definitely came with drawers, I even called the customer service line before ordering to double check that the drawers would come with this bed and was assured that they did.

What a load of rubbish!!!
