I have no problem with the Maya Wooden bedframe that was bought - that appears to be ok as a product (assuming it doesn't break within a few months) My issue is with the incorrect information displayed on the website. Under "Delivery" the website quite clearly says (in 2 different places) that there is no extra charge for a Saturday delivery. I was charged but went ahead thinking - "That is a mistake, I can sort it out afterwards". WRONG. BedroomWorld just kept saying "That is the charge". Then, the email telling us that the product was on its way and should reach us soon was sent about 20 hours AFTER the bed was delivered. Not much use at all.
