I am very disgusted with the level of customer service this company have provided to me. I have paid for a £430 bed and received a receipt by email only to discover the next day they have emailed me advising that my money will be refunded back into my account! I have asked the customer service team as to why it would be refunded back into my account and they have advised it is due to failing a security check.
I can't believe I am havintg to wait 1 week till I receive my money back when I urgently needed this bed as I have just moved into a new property!
WORST BED COMPANY EVER ENCOUNTERED!
