Shocking customer service- AVOID!

Ordered 2 pieces of furniture one was for next day delivery and the other 10-14 weeks. Heard nothing for 3 days so called them and on hold for 20 mins, the guy told me the piece due for next day delivery was coming the next day. The other one was discontinued now. They had already taken my money. Said They would reimburse it. If I never called I don't know if they would have done! Waited in the next day for the other piece and which was supposed to arrive before 7pm, on their tracking website it said was due for delivery. Never turned up so I called back, on hold again for 20 mins, and someone told me it was also discontinued. Said he didn't know what happened, I now have to wait for another 2 months to get my money back on my credit card.

There was a complete lack of customer service, no communication to us and just sheer incompetence. No offer was made to give us a voucher for the inconvenience (we took the day off work). They have made themselves look stupid, disorganised with no self awareness from staff. I have told many people to avoid this company like the plague, absolute waste of time.
