Disgraceful organisation

We chose Bedroom World because they offered a specific date for delivery. We ordered 2 divan beds and chose our date for delivery. All confirmation e-mails seemed to be in order and we received a tracking number which ultimately confirmed the despatch of the items. This is a rental house used by one of us having started a new job in a new location. One of us travelled 130 miles to be at the location on the day agreed to receive the goods between 08.00 and 18.00. Nothing arrived. We tried their customer service number (no reply, gave up after an hour) and e-mailed their customer service address - response saying they were looking in to it - 2 weeks later still no reply. Two days later (having returned home)managed to get through to sales (because customer service don't answer)and cancelled the order. Was told 3-7 working days and money would be back in our account. 8 working days later no money returned. Will use our bank to retrieve our money but recommend this company (part of World Stores)should be avoided at all costs
