Purchased a single divan bed. Failure to deliver in the agreed day with no contact to explain. After 30
Minutes of waiting someone in customer services explained that bedroom world is not responsible for delivery. Was offered upgrade for delivery the next day which didn't happen and again no contact. The divan finally arrived but the delivery man refused to bring the divan to the flat on the first floor (despite the fact that at ordering point I was confirmed that the service would be done by 2 men). In the end, the 2 drawers were severely damaged...
Very disappointed and shocked with the quality of the product and the lack of support and professionalism of customer services.
