We ordered a trundle day bed and received it a day late. But the real problems were with the construction. The screws could not be aligned with the holes, the construction was so bad it was a joke. The missing screw and broken piece were small issues compared with the actual impossibility of putting it together. We could not get through to customer services so we have not yet had a response to our email. The bed is now in our front garden, a huge piece of rubbish, with two mildewed mattresses to dispose of now too.
Do not use this company.
