The worst distance seller I have ever used.

Failed to deliver on the day confirmed. Failed to deliver within the advertised timescales at all. Failed to deliver all of the components on the same day. Failed to deliver undamaged components. Bed not as described on website, a bed described as Oak in their wooden bed range is actually oak veneer on chipboard. Bed returned for refund. Next day same bed redelivered, well left outside the house. Their courier, XPD, is truly awful. You can't phone them, they don't answer. You can't email them. They don't answer. You can't use their web based tracking as all locations are referenced as a number. You can call bedroom world, min 30 mins on hold. They won't be able to tell you anything because they can't get hold of XPD either. They will tell you confirmed delivery dates are not actually confirmed. They will tell you that they won't compensate you for your inconvenience. It is when something goes wrong that a company demonstrates it customer service levels. This company is not interested once they have your money. Avoid.
