I have recently moved home and needed a new bed for my three year old son. I saw a nice bed on the website and decided to go for it. I paid and selected my delivery date. I waited in all day...but no bed. I called up and spoke to a customer service adviser who, after looking into the situation, stated "Oh no, I hate it when they do this". She then explained that there was a problem with the labels on the boxes and assured me that the bed would be delivered the next day. By around midday the next day...no bed. I called and was told that the bed was not collected from the warehouse and would not be delivered today. I explained that my son was currently sleeping on the floor and that this was a second broken promise. I asked for compensation and was told that this was not possible, however I could claim for a partial refund. The guy stated that he was not able to promise the bed's delivery for the next day, so I decided to cancel the order. That was 2 weeks ago and...no refund. Despite emails and phone calls I am still over £200 out of pocket. I would never use this company again.
