No rating can be given. Would definitely not be buying from this store ever again!
The website says next day delivery, we ordered our furniture over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for some of it to be deliverd. I took a week off work for only to have one part of the furniture arrive, after that there were phone calls made every day to chase up the remaining furniture only to have it delivered a week later with a part missing and still waiting for it.
Lynx wardrobes definitely not value for money, very cheaply and badly made, none of the parts fit, some of the holes were not even in place,the hinges are of the cheapest quality, luckily my husband very good with DIY that we was able to sort it but really shouldn't have had to do this when you are paying a lot of money in the first place!
Customer Service not very helpful, they tell you one thing, you sit waiting for the delivery only for it to not arrive therefore, either taking time off work or cancelling plans and spending most of the time ringing to find out when the order will be delivered. Very quick to take full payment for a rubbish service that is not even adhered to on the website.
Think twice before ordering your furniture from this store. There are more reputable companies with better furniture that can guarantee you goods value for money. Because of the "next day" delivery status or at least withhin a couple of days delivery, we ordered our furniture from World Bedroom but it's definitely a lesson learned as to this date we are still waiting for a derlivery but have no idea when we will get this as the delivery depot don't take your calls!
