DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEDROOM WORLD!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM BEDROOM WORLD!!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible company, product, service.

This order was not delivered on the day it was said it would be delivered, only parts of the order came, i was told i had to wait till another unknown day to get the rest, which was highly inconvenient because i was leaving the country the next day. Had to organise to get it delivered to my friends house which to be fair the delivery driver was very helpful with, but he really didn't have anything to do with the company. I actually felt really bad for the guy having to deal with angry bedroom world customers all the time.

They then sent me a text after everything had been delivered to say someone else was on its way to me (turned out to be a text i was supposed to get 2 days previous when my last item was delivered). When i called to enquire about this as i was very confused i was actually spoken to very rudely and purposely hung up on!!!! Couldn't believe it! Called back immediately to speak to a manager, eventually got the situation sorted.

I had ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses. The first delivery brought me both mattresses, one complete bet, and the sides of the other bed.
On erecting the first bad it had some damage, dents and paint peeling off. Unfortunately the rest of the 2nd bed has been delivered while i am out of the country so i can't check for damage although i am fully expecting there to be some.

I am going to have to make do with the damage to the items as it COSTS ME to send it back to them to be replaced!!!!!! What a joke!!!!! If they can't even get the delivery right in the first place how can i trust them to send it back and get a prompt replacement. In the mean time letting my children sleep on the floor????


It is a standard straight forward order, argos, john lewis etc etc etc all offer the same service and manage to do the job properly. How this company can make such a mess of such a basic thing, and on such a regular basis (from what i have now read) is beyond me. It's not like i didn't pay a lot of money for this order, i did! If you can't deliver the items the day you say you will THEN TELL US BEFORE WE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't promise they will be there on that day when clearly they won't be!!!

Utterly disgusted with this company, and the customer service (apart from the very kind delivery driver, who seemed to be independent).

I will say again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Pay that little bit extra and go with a reputable one, it is so not worth all this hassle!!!!
