Ordering a bed and matress from Bedroom World was a stress free simple process. I was even more delighted that It would be delivered next day. As promised the delivery man and his white van arrived at 11am, but he only had the bed base on board and no matress :( The driver informed me that it may be delivered later that day, i accepted this as I accepted that the matress may be from a different company and waited patiently for the rest of the day. At 5pm I noticed a card in my post box saying my matress arrived at 4.45 but i certainly didnt see a delivery van and I hadnt moved from my house. I tried to call the delivery people but got no reply. I still need to call to organise another delivery and also organise to be home to recieve it. However I am still pleased with the service and im confident that I will recieve my matress this week. I wouldnt definately buy from your company again and I have already recommended you to my friend.
