I placed my order (Leather Modern Bed Frame) on the 29/03/2012 at 13:08...according to their website any order before 2pm will qualify for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. The same night someone called me at approx 10pm (unprofessional?) to advise my order will not arrive till the following week because of my "location" don't offer next day delivery if you can't follow this up... I ordered a bed through this company had no confirmation. Phoned constantly to really get to talk to anyone. I place a special order date 3 weeks before the bed was due they could not even manage to get this right I am a nurse who took the day off work to wait in for a bed that never came I was assured the day before that the bed would be here saturday 26th when i phoned TNT the corriers they informed me otherwise. They also charged me extra for the delivery as i wanted a particular date.... (read more)

We sold over 1000, the same month. Order was placed and dispatched for next day delivery for the date specified. Due to issues with the courier the bed was eventually delivered and no problems since.

bought a bed with bed town through groupon it was supposed to be delivered a week ago when it never arrived i emailed them,the reply i got was i needed to pay an extra 50 pounds on top of the 30 pounds already paid to deliver to my address i canceled on the spot. Informed customer of delay of the shipment of beds being delayed at the docks for scanning. Fount the email in the Junk folder and telephone call. Customer delivery address was in Northern Ireland and isn’t mainland UK. Full refund was given after not agreeing to pay a surcharge

“Terrible customer service!!!”

I am appalled at the level of service from bedtown! I ordered a bed a little over two weeks ago expecting same week delivery. I called them for a status update on the bed and getting the impression the representative didnt really know what he was doing said he would call me back within an hour....a day passed. Same thing happened again the next day. When I called back the third day he told me that it would be delivered the end of the week....a week passed. I called once again and the guy was... Initial delay of beds being delivered to warehouse by shipping company. Bed was sent and delivery the next working day. Customer happy with product.

We ordered a small double (4ft) metal framed bed for our eldest daughter. I'd read other reviews and everything seemed favourable. I was very impressed that I ordered it before 2pm on the Thursday and it was at the house by 1pm the following day! got a bed deal, very cheap , was sorted out straight away with no delays or hassle, emailed them once for some info with a very prompt reply. delivery was very prompt.( normaly nxt day, offers/vouchers up to 10 days) recieved within 2 days !!
