If I could give Bedstreet zero stars I would.

Bedstreet is a corrupt company and their address does not exist. Be very careful about ordering from here. Their products are lovely and very low priced but should you have a problem with your product, you will find yourself very frustrated and regretful.

I ordered a faux leather bed which was faulty (screws did not match metal bed plates - even had them tested by a specialist shop).

After being told replacement parts would be sent (they never were) Bedstreet finally arranged to collect the bed and refund me.

That was in November 2011, it is now July 2012 and although the bed has been returned, Bedstreet have refused to refund me the £269 I paid for the bed. They are ignoring my emails and all letters to them have been returned "address unknown."

There are only 2 members of staff who work at Bedstreet; one of them "Dale" is fairly polite, the other is dreadful.

I will now have to pursue them through the small claims court.
