Margret and Guy,
We bought two single beds in the cheapest version, following the recommendation of some local friends.
Changing the sheets has proved easy given Arthritis, heart etc., thanks to the high raised position. Even the odd wandering cup has been retrieved without difficulty.

The mattress is very comfortable. It corresponds with our previous "orthopedic" mattress. The foam is not making us too hot, even in our "scorching" summer!
Both types of sheet are equally pleasant to use.

I prefer to hang the control on the drawer of my bedside table as I have difficulty in locating the holder. That,s just me. No doubt most users have no problem.
