This has now escalated to a paypal claim;
I paid via paypal for a voucher for £200 for my wife's Christmas present on 2nd December
It never arrived- I chased and chased it, they said they had sent it "signed for" but would resend- it never arrived.
With Christmas pending, I asked for a refund. They refused.Eventually said they would put "credit on my account" (I have no account with them).
1 month later, Christmas past, they still have my £200, I still have nothing.
