I purchased via the web site a duvet and also some Montabello bedding. The buttons continually come undone when you are asleep and your feet get caught in them.
Firstly i didnt receive a confirmation of my order, so could only assume it had gone through and had to keep calling them to check. Then when the delivery arrived its not been a great product.
Have contacted them asking if i can return them and the response is very poor. I thought by buying from a store which sells products at a higher price, you would get a better service - obviously not with these.
They havent answered any of my emails with direct answers and keep skirting around the issue.
I would never buy bedding from them again - its a shame cos its a nice design but the quality is very poor and is not reflected in the price i have paid.
Wish I had never bothered.
