I ordered slippers and an all season down and feather duvet from Soak and Sleep and the order arrived very quickly. The duvet is simply superb. Really well packaged and great quality. I wasn't thrilled with the slippers (they were great but the sole was too soft for me) and sent them back and got no fuss quick refund. I could not be happier with the quality of products and customer service.
