I am pleased with the Siberian Goose Down pillow which was a gift for someone recovering from nasty injuries. However, I was very keen to have it delivered next day, as promised, but in fact it took 3 more days. This was due, I was told, to a mistake with the order number. Two of my emails were responded to straight away, one was not, so I had a mixed experience of the customer service also.

As the pillow was delivered safely and as soon as they had sorted out the error, I would give them one more try and see if it was a one off.
