I ordered a curtain track from this company. They delivered a damaged track (bent in the middle). It took 18 emails and several phone calls over a period of 10 weeks to get a refund which Linens Limited had agreed to give me within days of the delivery. The trouble was that they would not give the refund until the item had been returned to them. They were responsible for arranging the return delivery but this proved to be too much for their Customer Services team. Customer Service was fragmented, with almost every contact being dealt with by someone different. The whole experience was frustrating as well as being an incredible waste of time (both mine and theirs), all for a £30 refund. Perhaps they thought that I would weary of trying and walk away? The result is that I will never buy from them again. There are plenty of other companies selling the same stuff.
