I would like to warn people who are thinking of using this company.
I received several wrong items on an order over £300. When I rang to explain they requested photos of the wrong items, then once I had proof of their mistake, took three days to collect the item. They then did not send out the replacements. When I called to ask when these would be delivered, they said that I should have had a collection reference from Hermes and would not send out the replacements until I had done this. I never had a collection reference given to me and could not contact Hermes because the booking was made by Linens limited. Three weeks after the order was made, I still have not had the replacements and customer services are totally unsympathetic.
Will definitely not be using this company again.
