The mattress topper I received was totally different and of inferior quality to the one I had ordered. Nothing was shown on the delivery note to say a substitute had been sent so I contacted customer services via telephone. I was asked to send a photo of the item received for them to check what had gone wrong. They did email me and admit they had sent the wrong item and swiftly arranged a collection to return it. I was informed that a full refund would be credited to my account once it had been received back in their warehouse. After 5 working days I emailed them again to see when I could expect a refund. I was told that it could take 14 days for the courier to return the item. My response was that if they can deliver in 24hrs I couldn't understand why I would have to wait 14 days for the refund. Needless to say my PayPal account was credited with the full amount, including postage, the following day. I feel that the customer service I received was good but felt the emails were standard, pre-written sentences. Needless to say I won't be using Linens Limited again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.
