Ordered some tiles from these people with plenty of time to spare before builders were due. Unfortunately they dragged their feet with the order, the tiles were supposed to arrive on the Tuesday (bathroom work starting on the Monday), I get a call on Friday morning saying that they wouldn't be able to provide me with the tiles as they'd be damaged. We had to spend the weekend searching for tiles, when all we wanted was tiles matching the ones on the other side of the bathroom. Needless to say with such short notice we weren't able to find them and had to settle on a completely different tile. Absolutely terrible service from H2o plus, not an apology, no compensation, nothing. Ruined our bathroom and if we never see them again it will be too soon.

I spent around £4,000 on a bathroom suite in the summer last year with h2o-plus . When our fitters fitted the taps they did not work properly so I contacted these jokers and that’s when everything fell apart. You can tell how professional a company is by how they look to resolve matters, or in this case drag their heels an provide poor costly advise. They explained I had to buy a new tap to replace the faulty one and send back the faulty one. This advise was not correct and only served to make them another sale. The faulty tap took , weeks, months to get any response on and I have to send over 30 emails chasing them up to finally be told the fault was not down to them or the manufacturer so I had to pay for it. Not only that but they charged me more for the replacement tap then the original one. I then contacted the manufacturer myself and was shocked to find out the tap could have easily been fixed by myself by replacing the flow director and this would not have cost anything and I would not have wanted around 4 months of my life and all this stress. H2O clearly do not know their own products and due to their poor advise I have been put out of pocket, not only that they have still not sent me the 3rd tap that I had to pay for and don’t need 2 weeks after asking them to… My advice would be to use a specialist firm especially at these prices and avoid this firm who claim to be a specialist.
