Was talked into switching my account and with £150 switch reward and promise it would be a simple process everything was filled in and paperwork done.
Account was set up okay and girl who changed accounts over was nice.
Anyway problems started when I try and get signed up for online banking and it juat become a joke, I'm not gonna go on too much about it, but let's just say after 8 phone calls, 3 activation letters, £50 compensation, several promises to get it sorted, Text activation codes and I am still not able to activate my account. I think they was trying to blame me and saying I keep clicking on forgotten activation code, I informed them that this was not case, I'm a aerospace programmer so am pretty sure I am able to work a basic website.

Anyway I have given up even trying now, I will look for another bank.
Luckily I only transfered my billing account across and not my main account.

Never ever again would I use YB, not even if offered £500 reward bonus.
