This is the worst bank account I have ever had. Customer service is none existant, the website is shocking for an online bank. They don't communicate via email, they want to send letters in the post. God forbid if you loose you bank card, its taken me near 3 weeks to get a new one. Absolutely nobody seemed to care that I had no access to money to buy shopping for my children. Terrible
