Worst online banking site ever. Can never log Into my account. They have just sent me a new security code which it refused when I entered it, said it was my date of birth ( 514677 ) does this sound like any ones date of birth ? ? Will never recognise my computer and cookies are enabled !! Often they have sent me a temporary access code 8 digits long !! Which is useless as it's only 6 digits long.
Rang for assistance .NO HELP WHAT SO EVER TOTAL RUBBISH !!
I suggest they ask Halifax or TSB to set their online banking up then at least it would make for more happy customers.
A very unhappy frustrated client.
