Very disappointed with tesco on line banking service. Can never log, tells me password are wrong etc, does not recognise the computer. The site is very confusing and fails every time. The only time I have managed to log on and it took me about 30 minutes in the end I had to contact the service centre who were not that helpful. Never had any problem using any other internet banking sites. Rubbish.

I wholly endorse this post.
I have several bank accounts, and use online banking daily, but Tesco - forget it. Their security is so incredibly tight it forces you to jump through so many hoops, you lose the will to live.. After entering user name, security numbers, password, recognise pictures, they recognise (or not) my computer, then making me change my password, send for a one time code on my phone, finally I get to the last hurdle and it tells me there is something wrong so I must do it all again.

Exact same thing happens to me, 5 days now & I still can't log into my account..changed passwords so many times, can't even remember which is the right one... Joke
