I've just tried pay my credit card bill on-line,the layout of the site is awful and would challenge even the most IT literate of people. It took several clicks before I got to a password log in page but that was more by guess work than knowing where I should go as nothing is obvious. It took three attempts to add a new debit card and go through the payment screens. I still have no idea if my payment has been accepted as it suddenly took me out of the page I was on and the only way to find out is to phone them on a premium rate 0845 number or WRITE to them. Time to cut this credit card up and go elsewhere.
