I tried opening a joint account with my wife.
We received 8 letters between us containing 10 different passwords.
Once on line you have t change these and then if you want to use common passwords and identification with your partner (as it is a joint account)it simply does not let you.
Most infuriating hour of my life to date but after shredding the garbage I felt a little better.
this must be the most difficult clumsy awkward bank you could ever try to do business with
