Multiple times I have tried to contact customer service via phone or email. And they have not responded one single time. I am unable to access my online banking. After going to a local branch and explaining my situation I was given a temporary username and password to use. This did not work. When I returned to the branch I was told that I must be doing something wrong. She did not take the time to even try or see what the problem was. It was all my fault. Now I am receiving email transaction alerts, although I have not used my debit card for weeks! I am cancelling my account with Santander.
