Meant to be the 123 account but I strongly doubt that some of the staffwe dealt with could count that high... Totally messed up all of our direct debits. Spent over two hours in the Coventry branch whilst they tried to sell me mortgage deals....Totally usless staff and product has now seen us move back to HSBC....AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
