I have been with Santander previously A&L for 30 years the only issue I had was that one call centre I got through to I was unable to understand the person. I asked to be transfered they did this immediately . I have always found them to be helpfull when phoned and also within the branch. There is a lot of security and procedures you have to go thruogh for online banking, but I for one am glad of this becuase it makes it harder for fraudsters.
