Pathetic disgusting customer service!! 12 working days later after being promised a response within 10 working days I am still waiting for an apology. They would not transfer money from my account into another bank account claiming their systems were down and that I needed to call back. When I did call back they asked me to hold and then put me through to the fraud dept! They blocked my account and also blocked my online banking. Eventually I had to go in branch to complete the transaction with id. No trouble at all and they couldn't understand why the money was not transferred. However, despite all this they continued to block my online banking until someone realised it was all ok. I am still awaiting an apology which looks like it will never come.
They just don't care.
Go with any other bank except for this lot!
