Everyone on this site seems to be putting 1 star, I have been banking with them for the past 8 years and had no problems with them. I have a few different types of accounts with them and they have been helpful in getting everything set up. They also have the best online system of all the banks. As I travel I often need to transfer money there and then and they have applications for all the popular smartphone OS's which is brilliant. They also have a new feature called "GET CASH" so if you dont have your debit card its easy to lift money out. There mobile banking is very advanced compared to the other banks. Only thing I can fault with this bank is if you go into a small branch somewhere the attitude of the staff could be improved. If your in a city branch staff are more approachable.
