Ive banked with RBS for 16 years and had no complaints until recently when i tried to open a new business account. Ive had an untold ammount of issues and find myself in never ending telephone loops when I call up.
I have 3 personel and 2 business accounts with RBS. They have told me that I cant have them all under a single online banking portal so now have three sets of numbers to remember with 3 log in screens.
I have now 100% totally boycotted RBS. I am in the process of moving all of my accounts to Barclays
