I am with natwest bank last 16 years .today I try for loan, I have good credit score but they did not give me the loan. I know i can afford it but they say I can not. They didn't take care old customer. They want new coustomer only.please no one open account with them.they are horrible bank. I am leaving this bank as soon as possible.
