Went into branch in Blackburn to open a bank account waited to see if any assistance as unsure who to speak. After quening for 15 mins i asked i want to open account. i was advised to busy to open an account but make an appointment. How hard can it be to open an account. I am business director and if my managers and agents did the with new customers id be out of business. Appalling service. Natwest wont be getting my service or business
