I was very happy with the service I received at the NATWEST branch in Wood Green recently and would like to especially thank for the manager of the Branch, who made me feel valued as a customer and sorted out my problem with my card accurately and professionally. She delivered an exceptional level of Customer care and changed my mind about moving my account to another Bank.
