WOW ,what a cracking review's people have written unbelievable, I have been banking with them nearly 25years , still a very happy customer, once i had a problem that i have gone overdrawn and got charged due to unexpected d/d when i spoken to their designated complaint handler and explain the situation, he is managed to resolved it within few minutes and refund my charged straightaway, how wonderful is that and not even that he has introduce me to text alert service if my balance drop below my agreed balance it automatically notify me by a text msg. I don't know there is any other bank out there have this kind of service.
oh well i can go on and on about the situations that the bank help me with, once i forgot my valut at home and was taking my girl for a meal did realised tho on my way that i left my vault at home so speak to a member of staff over the phone and they have given me 6 digit number that i can take my money from a ATM machine without having a card , this level of service you do not get else where i can promise you that
Just thinking about the IT problems they had recent months, I admit it caused a little bit troubles but they managed to hang on and deliver unexceptional level of service to lot of customers by opening early in the morning and late in afternoon by extended hours and even opening local branches on a sunday, what a cracking bunch of team they are and i'm truly a amazed with the bank and by their work.
I personally admire Natwest is much better bank Than RBS , cos i truly believed natwest is keeping the rbs running with their standard and stability,
Barclays is the worst bank in UK and Lloyds TSB is not that bad, i have good experience in these banks, i have had account with barclays and lloyds tsb. further more, NATWEST is truly a HELPFUL BANK , PLEASE DO REMAIN ONE OF THE BEST BANK IN UK COS IT SUIT YOUR PERSONALITY.
