This bank has no shame!

They talk about customer loyalty, but they see no problem in betraying thier customers!
I wish I had never set foot into this bank!
After banking with them for 8 years, paying all my statements in full and having a chunky balance in my reserves, they suddenly decided to terminate my account with no obvious reason for such an stupid act.
This absurd action was with no previous notice what-so-ever! They have not even bothered to provide a reason for their decision and have totally denied me any right of appeal in that letter.
How can a bank be so stupid and still survive!
