Was told by head office that a certain transaction would be at the discretion of my local branch, Borehamwood
They could not have been LESS helpful.
They have my money and were hanging on to it for dear life. Never again will I put any money in this bank

Did you finally get your money ? I transferred funds from an international to my metro deposit account for a deposit for a flat and I was asked to show proof of purchase which I have showed but am still waiting to hear from head office and I have 10 more days to complete or my deposit will go .
