People I warn you to AVOID.
This Bank is ran by complete amateurs. I left established High Street Bank to join these clowns.
I Transferred my currant account to this Bank but two months later when I went to use my card to make a withdraw it was declined despite I having funds.
Complained to bank, was told letter in post explaining why, week later letter arrives, Account closed, remove all funds. ?!
No reason given so back to bank, all smiley smiley but they don't know, suggest I must write and ask Head Office. I write Head Office, 2 weeks later and still no reply. Back to Bank, all smiley smiley but still no clue and can't help. Meantime direct debits being unpaid and wages not able to be paid in because account closed. Pulling my hair out. Vacant staff tell me they have emailed Head Office and I should receive letter in couple days with explanation. 5 days later 2 letters arrive exactly the same content giving no reason for closing account but stating account closed! Fed up and angry now putting in hands of ombudsman.
Ran back to my old/previous bank with tail between legs but was welcomed back with open arms to open a new account.

Maybe they had lent all your money to Welbeck Consulting?

Hope you go through with your complaint to the Ombudsman. This operation should be shut down.
