Worst customer service going. Ever since I was swapped from Llyods Tsb to Tsb everything is wrong. They never update your account which has left me not being able to use my online banking. I've asked for it to be reset 4 times over the past couple of months and they keep sending me out new details which is pointless as they still haven't updated my account. Waste of time.
