I am with Lloyds for 3 years, did not have much of trouble until I decided it is time to move on to internet banking, when I created the account, by accident I deleted the e-mail with my account number and other information, few days later I called the customer service and the person I spoke with I felt that it is like he is doing me a favour asking me all of those questions and I am just wasting his time. I could not take this kind of rudeness any more so I just hung up. Tried to fix the problem myself but unfortunately new customers can not do that without calling them, so my next step is moving to another bank. Thank you Lloyds TSB for our 3 years relationship, but it is time to move on to a better one!

had a similar problem. the guy was rude, unhelpful and not interested. I simply closed my account the next day
