Friday i went with my son to lloyds cashpoint to draw some money for shopping it said no funds! suprised i went home no shopping and looked online as to why all my money had gone.
It didnt show up but said no funds, next day i go online and someones fraudulently used all my available funds! so i phone the bank get passed on and on, they agree to look into it and refund the money if we need money go into the bank! by now the banks shut so monday comes my cars on empty as i had no money and no one to borrow from, i run out of petrol taking my son to school. walk him the rest of the way to school, walk to town go in the bank to be told i have to wait until the funds clear!
i explain about the car and the customer service says use the aa! i say i need my money its not my fault someones stolen it. nearly an hour later and going above her head they decide to give me not the £60 i asked for but £240!? no idea why but i had enough by now and take it no purse or bag or pockets to carry it in walking 20 minutes back to my car lucky i didnt get mugged.
It really didnt need to be so stressful
