Customer is trash according to them

I have been a customer for several years. Their quality of customer relationship has degraded considerably in the last few years. They used to get back within a couple of hours earlier, now they do not get back even after several days and after several reminders.

They charge hidden fees on savings account and do not roll it back if you request them to. I opened a zero balance NRI account, now they raised the minimum limit to 15,000 without any notification.

It has not happened with me, but several friends have complained of money being taken out of savings accounts to pay for credit card balances. This is unacceptable. I have tried to close my account several times. But since I cannot go to a branch personally, they asked me to send a written application to the hq in Mumbai. I have done that several times now, but nothing happens. Finally I got fed up and told them that I have withdrawn my money and consider this as my notice for account closure.

All and all it is a bad bank and the standards have only fallen
