I am absolutely fuming at this company, not only is there customer service absolutely awful but the way they control your finances is even bloody worse i am having to restrain myself from using multiple swear words, i have a savings account with this company which opened on a said date but the money couldtn be touched and i was in desperate need of it i told them this their reply was ' it could open today it might not your ust gonna have to wait' its appalling the account still hasnt opened and i am desperately asking for my own money but there is nothing they can do what a load of waffle do not bank with this company unless you want extra stress in your life or if you want anyone on the earth to be able to debit your account without authorisation what a joke they are!!!! they wont even help you as a customer build up credit or help you in any way shape of form!!!
