Nightmare to deal with, no response to solicitor enquiries
They lost us our 1st house due to the shambolic Idiotic mortgage advisors dragging their feet , losing psperwork and being unhelpful.

Asking for info that already been sent. Hanging up the phone midway through conversation. Putting me through to the wrong department and generally unhelpful, rude, liars.
Trying desperately not to get stressed and upset. I won't give them any more of our custom once we move m, we will switch banks.

I have had the same treatment but i lost my house by auction on 2 feb this year now the house has gone they refuse to speak only to tell me its nothing to do with me now! !!!
Im looking at all sorts of debts due to this farce of a bank .....read my review brokeman 25
